Boat

Just like in your home, you can use På Stell’s cleaning and stain removal products. Most detergents end up in the sea – all of our products are made of natural ingredients and are biodegradable which means that you take care of the boat, the sea and the environment. Lemon Scrub is excellent for the boat and is specially made to remove difficult stains and dirt while leaving a shiny clean and polished surface without scratching. If you also bring along Lemon Soap and Lemon Wash on your trip, you have everything you need for laundry, dishwashing, stain removal and general cleaning on and below deck.

Hull and deck

You can easily get both hull and deck of plastic and aluminium clean and free of stain with Lemon Scrub, which leave a polished surface without scratching. Lemon Scrub is made of natural ingredients and is biodegradable, which means that you take care of your boat, but also the sea and the environment. 

  1. Apply Lemon Scrub with a wet cloth or sponge
  2. Rub and leave for extra effect 
  3. Rinse or wipe off with water

For wooden boats and teak decks, we recommend to use Lemon Wash for cleaning, as the natural oils preservs the original wood and do not mat the expression of lacquered wood.

Cushions

Removal of small stains
  1. Use Lemons Foam for a few or small stains
  2. Rub the foam onto the stain
  3. Rinse or wipe off all soap immediately with a wet cloth 
removal of large stains or the entire cushion
  1. Rub with Lemon Soap and water on all stains
  2. Leave to work
  3. Rinse or wipe off all soap with a wet cloth

Sprayhood and canopy

Small stains
  1. Use Lemon Foam to remove smaller stains
  2. Rub the foam onto the stain
  3. Rinse or wipe off all soap immediately with a wet cloth
large stains or the entire canopy
  1. Rub Lemon Soap and water with a scouring sponge on the canopy
  2. Leave to work
  3. Rinse the canopy while rubbing with the sponge

Fender

As a protection for the ship’s side, fenders are often exposed to dirt that settles well, such as black rubber, algae, oil etc. It’s easy to get them clean and neat again with Lemon Scrub.

  1. Apply Lemon Scrub with a wet cloth or sponge
  2. Rub and leave for extra effect 
  3. Rinse or wipe off with water

Fender covers

1. Put the fender cover in some warm water
2. Rub with Lemon Soap and water until the stains are gone
3. If it’s an old or difficult stain – leave to work for a couple of hours
4. Machine wash as usual with Lemon Wash

Tip! Do you have many fender covers or other dirty items full of old stains? Pause the machine for a few hours before rinsing to let the soap work extra. Restart the machine and dry as usual.

  1. Put the dirty items in some warm water
  2. Rub with Lemon Soap and water until the stains are gone
  3. For old or difficult stains – leave to work for a couple of hours
  4. Rinse if the stains are gone
  5. If there’s still a remaining stain – machine wash as usual with Lemon Wash without removing the soap

  1. Use Lemon Foam
  2. Rub the foam onto the stain
  3. Wipe off all soap immediately with a wet cloth
